Suzanne shares how she has come to know the Divine through relationships, especially as a Young Life Area Director, and has come know the Divine as friend. We talk about biblical hermeneutics and the empowerment that has come from reading the bible through a feminist lens. During the show & tell segment, Suze shares about a book that has been meaningful to her prayer life called "Breath as Prayer," by Jennifer Tucker. The hope for The Divine & I podcast is to welcome and explore the mystery of the Divine, be encouraged to deepen our understanding of the innermost self, and seek delight in the life gifted to us by the Divine.
